BJP activist stabbed to death, CPM barbarians started targetting even Mothers of Hindu activist's

Kannur: Tension prevails in the politically sensitive Kannur region following the murders of BJP worker by CPM goons in Thalassery.

BJP worker, Babu, was attacked and hacked to death by CPI-M activists in the area. Babu's wife also suffered minor stab injuries.

In another attack, Vijesh a Hindu activist and his mother were hacked by CPM hit squad in Kathiroor.

The situation was stated to be tense in the suburbs of Thalassery and Mahe towns from where sporadic clashes were reported since this morning.

In one of the retaliatory attack, A CPM activist Raveendran is also died. Police have stepped up patrolling in sensitive areas.
